When returning a medical device (e.g. orthosis) back to us, please note the following:

• Please check the applicable customs regulations between your home country and Germany. It cannot be ruled out that you may have to enclose certain documents with the package and/or make necessary registrations/registrations.
   
• We expressly point out that Pohlig GmbH cannot arrange for customs clearance of your return shipment or assume customs duties.
   
• Any liability on the part of Pohlig GmbH in the event of loss, damage or theft of your return shipment during transport is excluded.
